After playing 7 years, with the Washington Wizards forward Andray Blatche, was hit with the amnesty clause.  Blatche was drafted, from high school in 2005, 2^nd round 49th overall.  For those of you, that are not familiar, with the term “amnesty clause,” it’s a bargaining agreement, to allow teams to eliminate bad player contracts, under certain conditions.  Don't feel bad for Blatche, because at the end of the day he is still getting paid, a reported 23 million.
