23 Million

After playing 7 years, with the Washington Wizards forward Andray Blatche, was hit with the amnesty clause.  Blatche was drafted, from high school in 2005, 2nd round 49th overall.  For those of you, that are not familiar, with the term “amnesty clause,” it’s a bargaining agreement, to allow teams to eliminate bad player contracts, under certain conditions.  Don't feel bad for Blatche, because at the end of the day he is still getting paid, a reported 23 million.
