Amnesty Clause

With the NBA season back on, things have been getting ugly.  So far Richard Jefferson, Gilbert Arenas, and Chauncey Billups were there first players, to be waived from their teams on the new "Amnesty Clause."  The "Amnesty Clause," allows teams to eliminate bad player contracts, under certain conditions.
