It seems like this year for the NBA it's been all about  Lebron's desicion, the Lakers, oh and I can't forget the referee's.  This year I have never seen so many fines and technical calls from refs.  For just this week alone, Shaquille O'neal was fined $35,000 for critizing the refs, and Head coach of the Orlando Magic Stan Van Gundy was also fined $35,000 for saying that the refs are targeting center Dwight Howard.  In whom he leads the NBA in technical fouls of the season.
