Baltimore Ravens safety, Ed Reed's brother is missing.  Its been reported that Brian Reed had been involved in a chase with police.  B.Reed's car matched the description of a vehicle that almost ran another driver off the road.  Deputies than witnessed him jump into the Mississippi River.
